Photo Release: I authorize Known, Known Live, Christina Joy Consulting LLC and Pivot Brand Group LLC to use and display any photographs, images, videotape or audio reproduction taken of me while engaged in activities sponsored by Known, Christina Joy Consulting LLC and Pivot Brand Group LLC , in any publication, multimedia production, display, advertisement and for any other legitimate purpose. The undersigned releases and forever discharges Known, Known Live, Christina Joy Consulting LLC and Pivot Brand Group LLC , as well, as its directors, trustees, officers, employees, agents and volunteers from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of said photographs/images, video and/or voice recording.

COVID-19 Liability Release Waiver: The World Health Organization has declared the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) a worldwide pandemic. Due to its capacity to transmit from person-to-person through respiratory droplets, the government has set recommendations, guidelines, and some prohibitions which Known, Known Live, Christina Joy Consulting LLC and Pivot Brand Group LLC . adheres to comply. In consideration of my participation in the foregoing, the undersigned acknowledge and agree to the following: I am fully and personally responsible for my own safety and actions while and during my participation and I recognize that I may be in any case be at risk to contracting COVID-19.

With full knowledge of the risks involved, I hereby release, waive and discharge Known, Known Live, Christina Joy Consulting LLC and Pivot Brand Group LLC , its board, officers, independent contractors, affiliates, employees, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury that may be sustained by me related to COVID-19 while participating in any activity while in, on, or around the premises or while using the facilities that may lead to unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19

NO SHOW and NO REFUND POLICY

We have very limited space, so if you don't show - you will be denying someone else the opportunity to invest in your seat. To promote full commitment, we don't offer refunds. No exceptions. There are no refunds if you cancel after you have received our final headcount. We will assess you a fee of $200 per day if you do not show up after we have taken our final headcount to cover cost, food and materials. We want you to experience this wonderful event with us, but if you are unable to attend, we thank you in advance for understand and agreeing to the terms of our policy.
